TS Robinson has been teaching group exercise programs at fitness centers like the YMCA, Sawgrass Country Club and other corporate gyms for over 15 years. He’s certified to teach a number of exercise classes, any of which would get you and your friends in better shape while providing a great workout.

Abs, Back, Core!!: Strengthen the muscles everyone needs to work on, from your neck to your waist line and everything in between.
Boot Camp: A motivating workout that mixes strength training with cardio. Guaranteed to bring on sweat, fast results, and awesome connections with other members! Kids Boot Camp: a kid version, ages 5-15! Beach Boot Camp: Boot outside at the beach, rain or shine! Aqua Boot Camp: in the pool or ocean! Adds in swim drills.
Bosu Balance Ball: Try this balance, leg, and core strengthening workout using the revolutionary Bosu Ball. Weights are used as well to make this a total body blast in a short period of time.
Cardio Kickbox & Tone: Supercharged class teaching and combining a broad range of punches, kicks, and cardio drills used in kickboxing, with resistance/ weight bearing exercises mixed in. Power-packed combo!
Group Cycle: Jump on a bike and cycle to the beat of the music, through all types of drills and rides, and watch the bike’s computer to track your calorie burn! Cycle and Functional Lifting: Perfect combo of cardio and conditioning! 30 minutes of group cycle followed by 30 minutes of upper body resistance with weights. Includes exercises to improve core strength and balance.
Home School Fitness: For children ages 4-18. A chance for home-schoolers to get in their physical education classes in a fun and dynamic environment.
Hsing-I: A form of Chinese self-defense that emphasizes fast, fluid, powerful movements, whose energy dynamics develop tremendous power, and a clear, strong, and focused mind.
Jump Rope Fitness: Try this power packed class of jumping rope in tons of different ways, mixed with drills and body weight exercises. It’s only 25 minutes, and trust us, that’s all you’ll need to get your sweat on!!
Kickboxing: Similar to our Cardio Kickboxing, however the class is dedicated to applying the punches and kicks (learned in the warm up) to standing bags and targets. Quite the stress reliever, and a positive place to vent the frustrations from the week!
Muscle Pump: Add resistance and weights to your workout with this “always something new” class. Build muscle endurance and strength with bars, dumbbells, resistnace bands, and more.
Pilates: A series of non-impact exercises designed to develop core strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness.
Pi-Yo: An awesome fusion of Pilates core work, Yoga strength and flexibility, energized with cardio drills mixed in. A little of everything, a LOT of fun!!
Step: A classic group exercise! Use a step platform to add resistance, as the instructor leads you through a combination of foot work. You pick the height of your step, or without a platform at all. Step, Kick, & Pump: a mash-up of all three workouts: Step, Kickboxing, and Muscle Pump. Get ready to sweat!
Tabata: A quick paced cardiovascular challenge! Work your way through an always changing interval workout with an average of 20 second bursts of hard training and 10 seconds of recovery. Tabata Cycle: A Group Cycle class that utilizes the Tabata format of 20/10 on AND OFF the bike! Sneakers (not clip-in shoes) recommended.
Tai Chi: A gentle form of exercise that’s easy on the joints and builds strength, flexibility, and balance through slow, flowing movement. Appropriate for ALL fitness levels. Chi-Gung: All the benefits of Tai-Chi in a drop-in class!
Total Body Conditioning: For all fitness levels, this is an always-changing class that utilizes many tools and formats to challenge your entire body for the total wellness package. Fun and awesome workout!!
